For sparkling kids - Little Star goes on the market
The new British children’s jewellery label bridges the gap between contemporary jewellery design and traditional gifts for occasions such as baptisms, communions and confirmations.
With more than 20 years of experience in the industry and as a designer for market-leading children’s jewellery, Victoria Leyshon, the co-founder of Little Star, wants to win over customers with a jewellery collection of outstanding quality that complies with ethical norms. Her business partner Rob Walker acts as the company’s business manager.
When asked to explain why this is the right time to launch a new children’s jewellery brand, the company pointed to the growing sales in the children’s segment and the changing trend for having children later in life, which corresponds to greater financial security. In addition, 10,000 baptisms take place each month in England alone, which is a sufficient argument for the promising potential in this area.
The Little Star collection features over 50 items including stretchy baby bracelets and baby jewellery, flower girl gifts, baptism and charm bracelets, and necklaces.
